On this site the subscription is paid by card through Kapital Bank’s payment page. We never see or store your card details.
1. Where you type your card details
1.1. When you press “Pay”, you go to Kapital Bank’s secure payment page. You type the card number, its expiry date and the CVV code there and nowhere else.
1.2. The connection to the bank’s page is encrypted with HTTPS. You can check in the browser’s address bar that the page belongs to Kapital Bank.
1.3. After the payment the bank sends you back to the result page on the site.
2. 3-D Secure
2.1. The payment is confirmed with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check): the bank that issued your card may ask for a one-time code sent by SMS, or for a confirmation in its app.
2.2. Never tell anyone this code. We never ask for it.
3. What we see
3.1. Card details never reach us: we never see them and never store them.
3.2. The bank tells us only the payment’s status (its outcome), its amount and the approval code, never the card details.
3.3. The connection to the site itself is encrypted with HTTPS as well.
4. Cards we accept
Visa and Mastercard.
5. If you see a payment you did not make
5.1. If you see a payment from your card that you did not make, contact the bank that issued the card at once, and write to us:
